From the 17th – 23rd of January, we partnered up with Asmodee UK to bring to life AsmoFair: The Toy Fair Edition! This fully interactive, virtual trade show, allowed us to connect with retailers in a virtual space to feature our new and existing range of games, puzzles and jigsaws!
Leading up to the show, we built stands in our very own office in Hampton Hill to display key games and jigsaws as a backdrop for our virtual meeting rooms. With 2021 Coiledspring catalogues in hand we were ready to meet, greet and showcase our wonderful range to our valued customers and welcome new faces.
Highlights of the show included the presentation of brand-new products from suppliers such as Wrebbit 3D, Blue Orange, IELLO and new instalments from puzzle makers Schmidt. We also had the opportunity to unveil our Coiledspring Hero lines for 2021!
We are delighted with the success of this virtual show and had excellent, supportive feedback from retailers. We would like to take this opportunity to extend our sincerest thanks to everyone that was involved in making the show great. Our new display stands will remain a permanent fixture in our office enabling us to hold meetings and demos for retailers at any time.
The success of AsmoFair certainly reflects the hard work that went into making this fabulous week possible. Kerrie Corrigan, General Manager of Coiledspring sums up the experience of the virtual show:

While we are still navigating our way through the challenges from 2020, it was positive to see our retailers being so resilient in the face of such unprecedented times. The enthusiasm for the upcoming releases (such as Detective Charlie, Unmatched and 50 Clues to name just three), and the overall support of the industry, gives us such a unique opportunity to continue spreading happiness through the love of board games!
So that is a wrap for AsmoFair 2021: The Toy Fair Edition. We’re very much looking forward to being able to attend live events again, however we are well set up for any future virtual meetings!
