Terms and Conditions
The Promoter of this prize draw is Coiledspring Games (registered in England and Wales under company number 04986141, Unit 3 Hampton Hill Business Park, High Street, Hampton Hill, TW12 1NP, U.K.) (the “Promoter”).
These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.
- The promoter is offering those who enter this promotion the chance to win the prize promoted across the social media channels.
- Entry to the competition is free. No purchase is necessary. Competitions run across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Participants can enter across all three channels. One entry per channel per person.
- Eligibility: the prize is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), excluding employees (or members of their families) of Coiledspring Games Limited, or anyone professionally connected with the draw. This prize draw is only open to residents of the United Kingdom.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. The promoter reserves the right to discount any inappropriate or offensive entries and to disqualify any entries if the Promoter at its sole discretion, believes there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the promotion (including, without limitation, by setting up multiple accounts in order to submit multiple entries).
- The prize is as stated in the post. No cash or other prize alternative is available. The prize is not transferable.
- Promotional period: please see each individual promotion for its prize pool and dates.
- Coiledspring Games will select the winner from all qualifying entries within 5 working days of the competition closing.
- The winner will be chosen at random by Coiledspring Games and the winning entries must comply with the terms and conditions laid out here. The winners will be contacted via the channel they entered on. They will be asked to provide their postal address. If the winners do not respond within 7 days of the draw, or they fail to provide a valid UK address, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute chosen at the same time as the original. If any winner declines their prize, or fails to respond within the required period stipulated above, they forfeit any right to the prize.
- The prize will be sent via post to the address supplied within 2 weeks following provision of the winner’s address in accordance with paragraph 6. The promoter will notify the winner when the prize will be sent.
- The winner may be required to participate in related publicity and the promoter reserves the right to feature the name, photographs and location of the winners in future promotions and prize draws for whatsoever reason. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrants’ prior consent.
- By entering the promotion entrants confirm that they meet the entry criteria and that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion and in the event of any dispute. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence or communication will be entered into.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other social media channel. By entering, entrants acknowledge that Facebook, Instagram and Twitter do not bear any responsibility for this promotion and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release Facebook, Instagram and Twitter from any liability whatsoever in connection with this promotion. All information entrants provide when they enter the promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other social media channel.
- To the extent that the law allows the Promoter will not be held responsible for any disappointment, errors, mistakes, accidents, technical problems, loss, damage, or anything whatsoever, relating to the prize draw.
- The promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed. For example, as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind – including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the promotion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice.
- If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which are beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
- Data Protection: except for the purpose of carrying out the promotion, the Promoter will not use entrants’ personal data without the express consent of the entrant. Any personal information that entrants share with the Promoter will be kept secure and only used in line with these terms and conditions unless the entrant has opted into future marketing from the Promoter.
- These terms, together with the website terms on the Coiledspring Limited website at www.coiledspring.co.ukwebsite address constitute the whole agreement between the entrant and the promoter and shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
- Coiledspring Games shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
